The home accommodates up to seven guests and has four bedrooms and four full bathrooms. Oversized windows, French doors and skylights bring natural light into the main level, which has multiple lounge areas, a living room with a large TV and sofa, and a cozy sunroom. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a center island, breakfast bar, stove, oven, refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee equipment, toaster, blender and cookware. A formal dining area opens onto an outdoor deck.
Three bedrooms are upstairs: two with queen beds and one with a double/full bed. The two latter upstairs bedrooms have Jack-and-Jill bathroom access. A fourth bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom is on the main floor. All four bedrooms have air conditioning; bedrooms 1 and 2 have cable TV and walk-in closets, and bedroom 4 has a TV. Linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels and bath essentials are provided.
The fenced backyard includes a private heated saltwater outdoor pool, Bluestone patio, gas grill, outdoor dining furniture, six lounge chairs and a hot-and-cold outdoor shower. Four beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach toys and a swing set are available. The home has heating, a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, central air conditioning and a laptop-friendly workspace.
