The house accommodates up to nine guests and has four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. All four bedrooms are on the second floor and have air conditioning and standard closets. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite shower bathroom; another bedroom has a queen bed. Two bedrooms each have a bunk bed, with one twin-over-twin and one twin-over-double configuration. A basement playroom provides additional gathering space and a queen pull-out sofa. The second upstairs bathroom has a shower/tub combination, and a half bathroom is on the main floor.
The open layout includes living and dining areas and a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave. Other facilities include Bluetooth speakers, heating, a wood stove, bed linens, bath towels, hot water, and a washer and dryer.
Outdoor facilities include a private fenced pool, an enclosed outdoor shower, a patio, a barbecue grill, a firepit, two hammocks, and outdoor lounging and dining space. Four bicycles, a beach cart with chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and beach essentials, and a stand-up paddleboard are provided. The backyard is not fenced.
