East Hampton Serenity sleeps eight guests in five bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms. The main floor has a king primary bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom, TV and walk-in closet, plus two queen guest bedrooms sharing a Jack-and-Jill ensuite bathroom. Two further queen bedrooms are on the lower level. The bathrooms include a primary shower bathroom, a main-floor powder room, a shared shower/tub bathroom and a lower-level shower bathroom.
The open living and dining areas have natural light, modern furnishings and a usable fireplace. The equipped kitchen includes a microwave, coffee maker and island. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided. The finished lower level has a recreation room; a ping-pong table and weight-training equipment are available.
The backyard has a private heated pool, outdoor seating, an uncovered patio, four lounge chairs, outdoor dining and a gas barbecue. The outdoor shower is not functional.
The home is just outside East Hampton village, less than a five-minute drive from its center and less than ten minutes from the ocean. Nearby beaches include Main Beach, Georgica Beach, Wiborg Beach, Egypt Beach and Two Mile Hollow Beach. Restaurants, shops, art galleries and seasonal farmers markets are nearby.
