Outdoor facilities include a private heated pool, hot tub, pool house, basketball court also usable for pickleball, a life-sized chess board, landscaped yard, gas barbecue, outdoor dining and seating areas, and free guest parking. The home also has Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, heating, a fireplace and a microwave. Bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided.
