The home accommodates up to nine guests. An open-concept living area has high ceilings, natural light, a loft overlooking the living room, a flat-screen TV and a wood-burning fireplace. Entertainment includes a ping-pong table, electric piano and Nintendo Wii U.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, wine fridge, ice maker, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware and dishes. The dining table seats 12, and a gas Weber grill provides outdoor cooking.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom with shower and jetted tub, streaming TV, walk-in closet and deck access. Two further bedrooms each have a queen bed. All four bedrooms have air conditioning. There are two full bathrooms and an outdoor hot-and-cold shower.
The fenced backyard has a private heated, fenced outdoor pool, a teak deck, lounge seating and a swing chair. Outdoor equipment includes four adult bicycles, two children's bicycles, four beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach toys, a cooler, tennis equipment and a kayak/canoe; a basketball court is also available. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer, ironing equipment, heating, a washer and dryer are provided. Fitness equipment includes a stretching/yoga mat.
The home is less than two miles from East Hampton and minutes from bay and ocean beaches. Main Beach is nearby. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
