The apartment has sunlit, open-plan interiors, floor-to-ceiling windows and a covered private balcony with ocean views and outdoor dining. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Fitted wardrobes, hotel-style linen with a three-sheet setup, towels, toiletries and a hairdryer are provided. The bathroom has a bathtub with ocean views.
The living area seats four on a three-seater sofa and an armchair. A television provides free-to-air channels and Netflix; guests use their own streaming accounts. The equipped kitchen includes utensils, cutlery, an oven, electric stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Indoor dining seats four. There is an internal laundry with a washer and dryer, plus an iron. Air conditioning, fans, heating and Wi-Fi are available.
Shared building facilities include two lagoon-style pools, an indoor heated pool, a spa, gym, barbecue area, sauna/steam room, games room, arcade and children's play area on levels 3 and 4. A communal residential lounge is on level 55, and the building has direct access to shopping and an elevator. Secure underground parking is provided for one large vehicle.
