House rules

No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00. No parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional visitors and pets require prior approval. Do not wear shoes inside, and report any breakages. Breaches may lead to a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. Mandatory identity verification must be completed through a secure Stripe ID link before check-in details are released. Arrival details are provided three days before check-in for confirmed bookings, subject to successful verification. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability assessed the night before and additional charges; guaranteed early access requires booking the previous night, and guaranteed late departure requires booking an additional night, subject to availability. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after checkout. At departure, leave beds unmade, clean and put away dishes, restore moved furniture, take out rubbish using the correct bins, switch off appliances and lights, and close doors and windows. Check for belongings before leaving. Retrieval of forgotten items is not guaranteed; found items can be returned to an address within Australia for postage and service fees. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions.

Getting there

The beach is a five-minute walk away. The apartment is on a high floor. Parking is limited to one large vehicle in secure underground parking. Key collection is offsite, 40–50 metres from the property, and is available 24/7. The bus stop on Ferny Avenue and Surfers Paradise Ferry Wharf are each 170 metres away, and the light rail station is 30 metres away. Gold Coast Airport is 27 km away, approximately 45 minutes by car or 55 minutes by public transport.
