The 3,467-square-foot home sits within half an acre of tropical gardens. Sliding glass walls, covered breezeways and a lanai connect the indoor living areas with outdoor lounging and dining spaces. The living room has cove lighting and vaulted ceilings, with a separate formal dining room and a nearby powder room.
The kitchen has high-end appliances, generous counters, an island and a dining nook. Equipment includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso machine, blender, toaster, toaster oven and rice cooker.
Three bedrooms have king beds and the fourth has a queen bed. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, split air conditioning, a ceiling fan and outdoor access. The primary suite includes a private lanai, a walk-through his-and-hers closet, a soaking tub, a walk-in shower and an outdoor shower garden. Guest Bedrooms 2 and 3 have private entrances, vaulted ceilings and lanai access; Guest Bedroom 4 is off the main living area.
Outside are a private pool, hot tub, landscaped garden, private yard, outdoor seating and an outdoor shower. Beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and an insulated cooler bag are provided. A washer and dryer are in the service building. Entertainment includes a smart TV, satellite or cable TV, DVD player, stereo and Sonos audio system. Security cameras are present.
Guests have access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club’s protected cove, lounges and Napua restaurant. The cove offers snorkeling, swimming and paddleboarding. Resort pathways connect to golf, shopping, spa options and coastal trails. Resort fitness, golf, tennis and pickleball access, shops, groceries, restaurants and bars involve additional charges; beach equipment rentals are also available for an additional charge.
