The 3,414-square-foot home accommodates eight guests in four bedroom suites, each with an ensuite bathroom and separate entrance. Three suites have king beds; the detached fourth suite has a queen bed and private courtyard entrance. The primary suite includes dual walk-in closets, a soaking tub, rainfall shower and lanai access. Guest Suite 3 has an indoor/outdoor shower.
An entry courtyard has koi ponds and tropical plantings. The great room features vaulted ceilings, skylights, multiple seating areas and ocean views. Pocket doors connect the kitchen, wet bar and great room to a covered lanai, with indoor and outdoor dining areas. The kitchen includes Sub-Zero refrigeration, a six-burner gas range, double ovens, wine refrigerator and dual ice makers, along with a dishwasher, microwave and small appliances.
Outside are a private heated infinity-edge pool, elevated heated spa, built-in barbecue, pool deck and private yard. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans extend throughout the home. Other facilities include high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, satellite or cable television, a dedicated office, fitness room, washer and dryer. Beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel sets, towels, an umbrella and cooler are provided. Guests have access to Champion Ridge’s private organic gardens for herbs and citrus.
Guests have access to Mauna Lani Beach Club, its white-sand beach and Napua Restaurant. Resort amenities include two championship golf courses, a clubhouse, restaurants and The Shops at Mauna Lani with boutiques, galleries and Foodland Farms. Resort shopping, golf access, groceries, restaurants, bar and pickleball access carry additional charges. Self check-in and check-out and 24-hour check-in are offered.
