Blue Lagoon accommodates up to 14 guests in seven bedrooms with six king beds and one queen bed. The estate exceeds 10,000 square feet and was completed in 2016, with marble, granite, tropical hardwoods and high ceilings. Ten-foot mahogany entrance gates lead across a bridge over a landscaped koi pond and waterfall. The pool deck has ocean and volcanic mountain views.
Accordion doors connect the great room to the poolside patio, creating 3,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor entertainment space. Dining seats 16 indoors and eight outdoors. The chef's kitchen has two Sub Zero refrigerators, four Wolf convection ovens and granite countertops. The outdoor entertainment area includes a tiki bar, wet bar, refrigerator, Viking gas grill and two 60-inch HD televisions. A movie theater seats 15, and 12 HD televisions are positioned throughout the home and patio.
The heated infinity pool has a diving rock, waterfall and elevated heated spa. There is a poolside gazebo and an outdoor shower. Beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards and snorkeling gear are provided; beach equipment rentals are also available for a fee. A golf cart is provided for access to the beach and dining. Complimentary Mauna Lani Beach Club access provides beach access and dining. Mauna Lani North Golf Course and Sports and Fitness Center access are available; resort fitness, golf, tennis and pickleball facilities carry charges. Private chef services are available upon request.
The sleeping-quarter descriptions include a primary king suite with waterfall and massage showers, a deep soaking tub, dual commodes, walk-in closet and HD television. Three guest king suites have waterfall showers, walk-in closets and HD televisions; one also has outdoor shower access and another has a stone soaking tub. Two further king bedrooms share a full bathroom with twin sinks and showers. The queen bedroom overlooks the koi pond. All seven bedrooms have central air conditioning. Wi-Fi covers three zones, and laundry facilities include four full-sized washers and dryers.
