The apartment accommodates four guests and has an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with timber flooring, expansive glazing, a television and access to a furnished private balcony with city outlooks. Both bedrooms have queen beds, blackout blinds, bedside tables, bedding and mattress protectors. Bedroom 1 has an ensuite, and there are two bathrooms with showers. A portable fan/heater is provided for a bedroom; split-system air conditioning is available only in the living room.
The kitchen includes an induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, cookware and dishes. The dining table seats four. Private laundry facilities include a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Hotel-style linen with a three-sheet setup, towels, toiletries, a hairdryer and a small welcome amenity pack are provided.
Shared building facilities include the Level 15 skydeck, rooftop outdoor space and BBQ entertaining area. The building has an elevator. An EV charging point is advertised, but parking is not available. Wi-Fi is available. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are provided.
