The house

The apartment accommodates four guests and has an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with timber flooring, expansive glazing, a television and access to a furnished private balcony with city outlooks. Both bedrooms have queen beds, blackout blinds, bedside tables, bedding and mattress protectors. Bedroom 1 has an ensuite, and there are two bathrooms with showers. A portable fan/heater is provided for a bedroom; split-system air conditioning is available only in the living room.

The kitchen includes an induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, cookware and dishes. The dining table seats four. Private laundry facilities include a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Hotel-style linen with a three-sheet setup, towels, toiletries, a hairdryer and a small welcome amenity pack are provided.

Shared building facilities include the Level 15 skydeck, rooftop outdoor space and BBQ entertaining area. The building has an elevator. An EV charging point is advertised, but parking is not available. Wi-Fi is available. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are provided.

The apartment is on St Kilda Road with access to trams towards Melbourne CBD and surrounding suburbs. Nearby points of interest include Albert Park Lake, St Kilda Beach and Foreshore, Fitzroy Street, Chapel Street and South Melbourne Market. Melbourne Airport is approximately a 35–45 minute drive, depending on traffic.

Self check-in and 24-hour on-site access are available. Mandatory post-booking ID verification must be completed successfully before check-in details are released.
