The apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows, timber flooring in the living spaces and a private balcony with outdoor seating. The living area includes a five-seat lounge, a streaming-capable smart TV and split-system air conditioning.
Both bedrooms have queen beds, blackout blinds, fresh linen, mattress protectors and bedside lighting. Bedroom 1 has a private ensuite; Bedroom 2 has wardrobe storage. The two bathrooms have walk-in showers, and a hair dryer is provided. Hotel-style linen uses a three-sheet setup.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, capsule coffee machine, kettle, cookware, glassware and utensils. The dining table seats three. A private laundry has a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and drying rack. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available, with the router in the living area and a setup suitable for remote work or streaming.
The secure residential building has ramp access and a lift to Level 29. There are no stairs inside the apartment, and the apartment has a private entrance.
