House rules
Keep noise down between 22:00 and 08:00. Parties, antisocial behaviour and smoking are prohibited. Additional visitors and pets require prior approval. Approved pet stays incur a $200 cleaning fee per stay. Report breakages and do not wear shoes indoors. House-rule breaches may result in a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. Mandatory post-booking ID verification is required before check-in details are released. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after check-out. At departure, leave beds unmade, wash and put away dishes, restore moved furniture, take rubbish to the correct bins, switch off appliances, air conditioning and lights, close doors and windows, and check for belongings. Retrieval of forgotten items is not guaranteed; return within Australia is subject to postage and service fees. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions.
Getting there
No parking is available. Tram connections on St Kilda Road allow travel towards Melbourne CBD and surrounding suburbs without relying on a car. Melbourne Airport is approximately a 35–45 minute drive, depending on traffic.
