Its en-suite bathroom sits under the eaves and includes a bath with overhead shower, sink and WC. On the first floor, the double bedroom has a desk and overlooks the street. A further bedroom on this floor has a single bed that pulls out to form a double, plus a bedside table, lamp and storage. The first-floor family bathroom has a shower over the bath, heated towel rail, sink and WC; there is also a separate guest WC on this floor.
Facilities include central heating, free Wi-Fi advertised as high-speed, a smart TV, washing machine and tumble dryer. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware and tableware.
