The house

The 128 sqm home has a sitting room with two sofas, a TV, fireplace and reading corner. The kitchen has blue tiling, a large range oven and a dining table, with glass doors opening onto a patio garden. A barbecue grill is available.

The top-floor master bedroom has a king-size bed, bedside tables, a full-length mirror and views over the rear of the house. Its en-suite bathroom sits under the eaves and includes a bath with overhead shower, sink and WC. On the first floor, the double bedroom has a desk and overlooks the street. A further bedroom on this floor has a single bed that pulls out to form a double, plus a bedside table, lamp and storage. The first-floor family bathroom has a shower over the bath, heated towel rail, sink and WC; there is also a separate guest WC on this floor.

Facilities include central heating, free Wi-Fi advertised as high-speed, a smart TV, washing machine and tumble dryer. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware and tableware. Towels, bed linen, basic toiletries, a hair dryer, and an iron and ironing board are provided.

The home is suitable for children and infants. Baby cots and high chairs can be hired.
