House rules
No smoking or vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent is 21. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic identification before arrival. Standard check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; check-in outside these hours must be requested. Arrivals between 21:00 and 23:00 incur an additional fee. Baby cots and high chairs are available for hire. Cancellation receives a full refund at least 30 days before check-in, or a 50% refund less than 30 days before check-in.
