The two-story home has an open great room with vaulted ceilings, stone floors, sofas, a large flat-screen TV and wide glass doors framing coastal views. The indoor dining table seats eight. A fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, a gas range, high-end appliances, breakfast-bar seating, cookware and a blender.
Two covered lanais provide outdoor living space, with dining for six on the lower terrace. A lawn extends toward the shoreline, steps from Puako’s waters. An outdoor shower, private yard, barbecue and outdoor seating are available.
The upper-level primary suite includes a sitting area, office nook with printer/scanner, spa-style ensuite shower, TV and private ocean-view lanai. The main-level second suite has an ensuite bathroom, TV, ocean views and direct lanai access. The third guest bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and TV. All three bedrooms have central air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, Sonos audio, washer and dryer, a laundry sink and an additional refrigerator in the laundry room.
