The home has connected living and dining areas, five bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Four bedrooms have king beds and the fifth has a queen bed; each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Split air conditioning is provided in the primary bedroom and the Ohana, Pool House and Garden suites. All five bedrooms have ceiling fans. The primary bedroom includes a sunroom and a lanai with partial ocean views; the Ohana suite includes a loft and lanai/balcony, and the Pool House suite includes an anteroom.
The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and grinder, kettle, toaster, blender, rice cooker, ice machine and utensils. A BBQ is also available. Outside are a private pool, tropical gardens, shaded seating, outdoor dining, a private yard, lanai/balcony and an outdoor shower.
High-speed Wi-Fi, television and smart TV, a washer and dryer, linens, towels, hair dryer and iron are provided. Beach equipment includes towels, chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella and a cooler. The home has a private entrance, self check-in/check-out and street parking. Safety equipment includes smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, a first-aid kit and outdoor lighting; security cameras are present. Puako Beach is within walking distance, and dining and shopping in Kamuela are a short drive away.
