House rules
Maximum occupancy is six people. Undisclosed events exceeding that occupancy are strictly prohibited; inquire for further information. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Children are welcome. Request conversion of the twin beds to a king in advance.
Getting there
Puako Beach and Puako General Store are within walking distance; the store is across the street. Hapuna Beach, Mauna Lani Resort golf courses and Puako Petroglyph Park are a short drive away. A car is necessary. Kailua-Kona is less than 30 miles south by road for shopping, dining and airport access. Extensive Kona and Kohala road closures during the IRONMAN Race on October 9, 2027 may affect driving routes; plan travel accordingly. The property is for sale, and the property manager will contact guests to schedule any required showings at their convenience.
