The house

The two-story home has an open great room with vaulted ceilings, stone floors, sofas, a large flat-screen TV and wide glass doors framing coastal views. The indoor dining table seats eight. A fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, a gas range, high-end appliances, breakfast-bar seating, cookware and a blender.

Two covered lanais provide outdoor living space, with dining for six on the lower terrace. A lawn extends toward the shoreline, steps from Puako’s waters. An outdoor shower, private yard, barbecue and outdoor seating are available.

The upper-level primary suite includes a sitting area, office nook with printer/scanner, spa-style ensuite shower, TV and private ocean-view lanai. The main-level second suite has an ensuite bathroom, TV, ocean views and direct lanai access. The third guest bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and TV. All three bedrooms have central air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, Sonos audio, washer and dryer, a laundry sink and an additional refrigerator in the laundry room. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, boogie boards, snorkel sets and a cooler are provided; additional beach-equipment rentals are available for a charge. A high chair and Pack and Play are available. Free parking includes garage parking.

Puako General Store is across the street, and Puako Beach is within walking distance. Hapuna Beach, Mauna Lani Resort golf courses and Puako Petroglyph Park are a short drive away. Concierge options include grocery shopping, housekeeping, private chefs, private yoga and personalized itineraries. A guided orientation and tour are available upon request.
