Public property discovery

chucho helps you search published vacation-home listings, view photos and host-approved property facts, and open host booking links. Public search does not require a chucho account. Only homes in the current published catalog can be returned.

Booking enquiries

For participating properties, prepare an enquiry using the host's published form. Review all answers and chosen contact details before explicitly approving submission to that host. chucho stores the approved enquiry and attempts to notify the host; receipt does not guarantee email delivery, a reply, availability or a reservation. The host confirms dates, price and booking terms. Do not include payment-card details, passwords or access codes in enquiry answers.

Bookings and payments

The host’s website handles your booking and payment. The host’s booking terms, cancellation rules and payment conditions apply to that transaction. chucho does not accept your payment, place a reservation, hold inventory or manage cancellations. Contact the host for questions about a stay or a transaction.

Prices, availability and savings

For supported public host websites, chucho can check availability and prices for supplied dates and guest counts or show a clearly dated sample stay. A price does not by itself confirm availability. Some results remain unknown, and partial prices may exclude fees or taxes. An advertised starting rate is not a dated stay total. Quotes can expire and never hold inventory or create a reservation. Booking directly can reduce intermediary fees, but savings are not guaranteed. Confirm all prices, dates, property details and booking conditions with the host before committing.

Responsible use

Use the connector to explore public listings. Do not submit payment-card details, passwords, door codes or other private guest information. Do not use the connector to seek private property or guest data or to disrupt the service.
