The open kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a two-seat island and a Nespresso coffee maker. A casual dining table seats four, while the separate formal dining room seats eight. A media room and another sitting area with a sectional couch and desk provide additional living space. Bluetooth speakers serve indoor and outdoor areas.
The mahogany deck has a gas grill and an eight-person dining table. The backyard includes a lawn, eight poolside loungers and a hot-and-cold outdoor shower. Two adult bicycles are supplied. All five bedrooms have air conditioning; three have ensuite bathrooms. An additional first-floor sofa bed provides a sleeping option. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer, heating, hot water, a washer and a dryer are provided.
