Windswept accommodates up to 17 guests and has six full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The elevated, professionally decorated home has wood floors and floor-to-ceiling oceanside windows. Five of its six bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms; two have ocean views and one has a pool view. Beds comprise three kings, two queens, one full bed, one twin-over-twin bunk set and one twin-over-double bunk set.
Level 1 has a queen ensuite with a pool view, a bedroom with two bunk sets, and a separate full bathroom. The game room includes a wet bar, refrigerator, microwave, pool table and arcade game. A theater room has stadium seating, a large-screen projection system and surround sound. The pool, hot tub and gas grill are also on this level.
Level 2 has two oceanfront king ensuites with deck access and a third ensuite with a queen and full bed. One oceanfront ensuite includes a whirlpool tub, double sinks and rain showerhead. This level also has a den, deck and laundry room.
Level 3 has a king ensuite with a standing shower and whirlpool tub, plus a half bathroom. The great room has ocean views, hardwood floors, a home theater system and gas fireplace. The dining area seats 12, and the kitchen island has five barstools. The kitchen includes cherry cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a five-burner cooktop, double wall oven, double sink, two dishwashers and a wine cooler. There is an office area with a desk and a deck.
Additional facilities include an elevator, multiple TVs, cable and streaming TV, deck and pool speakers controlled through the Sonos app, a fenced yard, outdoor furniture, a poolside picnic table, basketball hoop and outdoor shower. Five beach chairs, bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board are provided. Kitchen equipment includes cookware, dishes, utensils, a blender, drip and pod coffee makers, microwave and toaster.
Community amenities include tennis courts, pickleball courts and beach access. K Club Golf and the Welcome Program are available. Upper deck boards and landscaping were refreshed for the 2026 season.
