House rules
No pets and no smoking. Check-in and checkout are on Saturdays. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 25 and October 9–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31 in 2027.
Getting there
The home is oceanfront, with beach access at Spinnaker Arch Access. Stairs must be used to reach the elevator on Level 1. Parking is limited to six vehicles.
