The apartment accommodates six guests and has designer furniture, modern-style paintings and wallpapers, and large windows overlooking the canal. The living room has a sofa and an open kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and toaster. A washing machine is also available.
One bedroom has a queen-size bed and the other has two single beds. There is also a double sofa bed in the apartment. The bathroom has a shower and a window; a hairdryer is provided. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, an iron and mosquito nets are available.
The building has no elevator. Venice Santa Lucia Station is a 12-minute walk away, and Venice Marco Polo Airport is 13 km away.
