Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Complete online ID registration, sign the digital rental agreement and pay the tourist tax before receiving access instructions. Arrange check-in with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Late check-in and check-out require a request and are subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. Contact the team before travelling with pets.

The building has no elevator. Venice Santa Lucia Station is a 12-minute walk away; Venice Marco Polo Airport is 13 km away.
