The house

The apartment accommodates six guests and has designer furniture, modern-style paintings and wallpapers, and large windows overlooking the canal. The living room has a sofa and an open kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and toaster. A washing machine is also available.

One bedroom has a queen-size bed and the other has two single beds. There is also a double sofa bed in the apartment. The bathroom has a shower and a window; a hairdryer is provided. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, an iron and mosquito nets are available.

The building has no elevator. Venice Santa Lucia Station is a 12-minute walk away, and Venice Marco Polo Airport is 13 km away.

Before arrival, guests must complete online ID registration, sign the digital rental agreement and pay the tourist tax to receive access instructions. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Late arrival and departure are available on request, subject to availability.
