All five bedrooms are on the second floor, each with air conditioning, a television and a full ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms have king beds and three have queen beds. The primary suite has a fireplace and a bathroom with double sinks, a vanity, tiled shower and jetted soaking tub. A half bathroom is on the main floor; upstairs bathrooms include three shower/tub combinations, one separate shower and tub, and one shower.
The brick-paver patio surrounds a private heated outdoor freshwater pool and has a gas grill, outdoor dining furniture, an umbrella and seven loungers. The pool and backyard are fenced. A communal tennis court and playground are available. Local beaches and Southampton Village are minutes away; Coopers Beach is a nearby beach.
