The house

The home occupies landscaped grounds of 0.46 acres and has approximately 4,000 square feet of living space. The main level has a double-height foyer, hardwood floors, a formal sitting room with a fireplace and sliding-door access to the pool patio, a dining room seating eight, a media room and an office. The kitchen has a prep island, peninsula seating, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances including a five-burner gas range; an adjacent informal dining area seats four. Heating, hot water, a microwave, television, washer and dryer are available, along with bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels and a hair dryer.

All five bedrooms are on the second floor, each with air conditioning, a television and a full ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms have king beds and three have queen beds. The primary suite has a fireplace and a bathroom with double sinks, a vanity, tiled shower and jetted soaking tub. A half bathroom is on the main floor; upstairs bathrooms include three shower/tub combinations, one separate shower and tub, and one shower.

The brick-paver patio surrounds a private heated outdoor freshwater pool and has a gas grill, outdoor dining furniture, an umbrella and seven loungers. The pool and backyard are fenced. A communal tennis court and playground are available. Local beaches and Southampton Village are minutes away; Coopers Beach is a nearby beach. The homeowner manages on-site operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
