The home has French country décor, ceramic tile and hardwood floors. A two-story entry foyer on level two leads upstairs to an open-plan great room with cathedral windows and ocean views. The sunroom connects to oceanside and soundside decks. Oceanfront decks on the upper and middle levels connect to the oceanfront bedrooms and living areas and have Adirondack chairs, outdoor dining furniture and a hammock.
The main kitchen has a five-burner Jenn-Aire cooktop, Bosch wall oven, microwave, two dishwashers, triple sink and breakfast bar. The lower-level recreation room opens to the pool area and has a 4K television, air hockey, a game table, board games and puzzles. Its kitchenette includes a full-size refrigerator, ice maker and microwave.
Seven bedrooms are arranged across three levels, including four ensuite bedrooms. An elevator serves all floors, and wide entry doors are provided. Elevator dimensions and capacity are not guaranteed to meet ADA standards; steps or thresholds may be needed for access.
Outdoor facilities include a private pool, hot tub, dune deck, outdoor shower, gas grill and basketball hoop. Community facilities include an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, tennis and pickleball courts, gym, basketball courts, playground and beach access. Beach Cabana Plus provides two umbrellas and six beach chairs, set up and removed daily except on arrival day, during May 24–September 11, 2026 and May 30–September 10, 2027. Five additional beach chairs are provided.
Bath towels, bed linens, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, cable television and a washer and dryer are provided. The Welcome Program supplies a starter kit of paper products, soaps and trash bags, rather than supplies for the full stay. An outdoor security camera faces the street or driveway. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 25 and October 10–December 31, 2026, and January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31, 2027.
