House rules
No smoking. No pets, including short visits. Check-in and check-out are on Saturdays. Children must not ride the elevator unattended or play in or around it. Starter household supplies are provided; guests supply additional paper products, trash bags and soaps for their stay.
Getting there
Oceanfront with a private beach walkway with steps. Parking is limited to eight vehicles. An elevator serves all floors, but steps or thresholds may be required for access, and elevator dimensions and weight capacity are not guaranteed to be ADA compliant.
