The approximately 5,560-square-foot home has an open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen, with floor-to-ceiling windows and wood-paneled walls. The living room has a large sectional and additional chairs. The dining table seats 12 and can also serve as a shared work area. The equipped kitchen has wrap-around counters, counter seating, a small island and a microwave.
Indoor facilities include fireplaces, a screening room with theater-style reclining chairs, and a game/fitness room with a sectional, ping pong table and exercise equipment. There are five bedrooms, each with air conditioning, an ensuite bathroom and a closet. Many bedrooms have desks. Three queen bedrooms are on the main floor; upstairs, one bedroom has a queen bed and sofa bed, and another has a king bed and balcony/deck. The five full bathrooms include showers, with tubs in the lower-level bathroom and one upstairs bathroom.
Outside are a private gunite pool, an outdoor shower, grill, garage, patios and decks. Two outdoor seating areas include a ground-level patio with foosball and an upper-level covered pavilion. The backyard is fenced, but the pool is not fenced. Bicycles are provided for trips into town. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, heating, television, washer and dryer are provided. There is no hot tub or crib. Children are welcome, subject to the property's other suitability rules.
The home is on a flag lot behind the high school in Sag Harbor. Nearby beach options include Sag Harbor Village and Long Beach.
