No. The pool is not fenced; the backyard is fenced.
Are pets allowed?
Pets may be allowed with owner approval. Please inquire; additional fees and/or a security deposit may apply.
Who handles guest communication during the stay?
The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
Is cleaning required during longer stays?
For reservations longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense.
