Offering many impressive vistas and six ensuites with custom décor, this spacious and well-appointed home is a genuine beach retreat. Guests will also enjoy the amenities offered by the award-winning Four Seasons community and as an added bonus, the home boasts a convenient location in the heart of Duck just a quick walk from great shopping, restaurants, and soundside activities.
Outdoor accommodations include a pool house cabana with wet bar, mini-refrigerator, and full sauna. On the third level, you’ll find your own private sun deck to take in the rays. Enjoy the soothing custom-rock waterfall flowing into the sculpted private pool with hot tub and tropical landscaping. Escape to the beach via the private walkway to take in ocean views. Royal Bahamian is one of the few homes in Four Seasons that has its own private dune-top cabana and tiki bar which allows you to sit in the shade, enjoy a drink, and watch the kids play on the beach!
Indoor accommodations on the first level include a sports bar/rec room with billiard table, and a kitchenette with full-sized refrigerator. An additional game area features ping pong, a stick hockey game, and air hockey for the kids (and kids at heart!) to enjoy. On the mid-level, retreat to the cozy ambiance of your own private study. Guests can head off to the theater room with surround sound and reclining theater seats to take in your favorite movie or sporting event.
The hand-painted glass elevator provides easy access to all levels of the home so you can settle in quickly and get to the beach sooner! On the third floor you’ll discover large, open living and dining areas where you and your guests can lounge and enjoy meals together with the backdrop of panoramic ocean views. There’s also a King Ensuite, where the head of the household can take enjoy a relaxing soak in a whirlpool tub and wake up to sights of the sun rising over the ocean.
