- Up to two dogs are allowed with no weight limit. Cats are not allowed. All pets must be well-behaved and housebroken.

- Third-level kitchen with dishes, utensils, cookware, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, drip and pod coffee makers. The first-level kitchenette has a full-sized refrigerator; the poolside cabana has a wet bar and mini-refrigerator.

Pool
Private pool- Heated
Private outdoor pool with a custom-rock waterfall; listed size 17 × 34. A hot tub and poolside cabana are also provided. Regular opening dates are April 26–October 10, 2026, and April 25–October 9, 2027. Optional heating costs $575 plus tax per week and is unavailable in July and August. Extended opening is available from April 12, 2026, or April 11, 2027; extended closing is October 17, 2026, or October 16, 2027. Extending pool dates costs $475 plus tax per week. Four Seasons also has shared outdoor, indoor and kiddie pools.
