House rules
No smoking. Up to two dogs are allowed, with no weight limit; cats are not allowed. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken. Children and pets must not ride the elevator unattended, and children must not play in or around it. Check-in and checkout are on Sunday. Bookings more than 51 weeks in advance are allowed.
Getting there
Oceanfront with direct beach access via a private walkway with steps. Central Duck shops, restaurants and soundside activities are a quick walk away. An elevator serves all levels, but its dimensions and weight capacity are not guaranteed to be ADA compliant, and steps or thresholds may be required for access. A Duck beach nourishment project is planned for 2027.
