When can the hot tub be used?
The hot tub is available year-round and is located four feet from the main entrance.
Is the backyard fenced?
Yes, the backyard is fenced.
What is the cancellation policy?
Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. After cancellation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner to reopen the original dates, at the owner's discretion. If those dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation is collected. If the dates are not rebooked, guests may use the original reservation provided scheduled payments have been made and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before arrival.
What damage protection applies?
In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 of damage protection. Coverage details are provided in the booking agreement. Approved special uses may require an increased security deposit.
How can balance payments be made?
Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500. Payments over $3,500 must be made by check, ACH or wire.
