The house

The home has an open layout, multiple sitting areas, a living room, dining room and an equipped island kitchen. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, washer and dryer are available. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, cookware, dishes and silverware. A gas-burning fireplace, linens, bath towels, hair dryer and iron/ironing board are provided.

All three bedrooms are on the first/main floor of the main house. The primary bedroom has a king bed, air conditioning, a closet, an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the back patio. The second bedroom has a queen bed, air conditioning and a closet; the third has two queen beds, air conditioning and a closet. There are three full bathrooms: two with showers and one with a shower/tub combination.

Outside are an expansive lawn, fenced backyard, uncovered patio with a dining table, chairs and umbrella, gas grill, wood-burning fire pit and freestanding hot tub. The hot tub is available year-round and is four feet from the main entrance. Free on-site parking and an electric vehicle charger are available.

The home is approximately 2,150 square feet and is 200 feet from RG|NY's tasting room, with access to wine tastings and vineyard tours. Hallock State Park Preserve is 0.5 miles away, Iron Pier Beach is 4 miles away and South Jamesport Beach is 5 miles away. Jamesport Farm Brewery is a short drive away.
