House rules

The primary renter must be at least 27 years old. Maximum occupancy is eight; no additional guests are permitted. Smoking is not permitted. One dog of 40 lbs or less is permitted; larger dogs, multiple dogs and other pets require express approval. Events are prohibited without express approval. Events, commercial activities, rotating guest groups and other non-traditional uses require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees and/or an increased security deposit. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive utility usage. One light cleaning per eight nights booked and one end-of-stay cleaning are included; additional cleanings are available at the guest's expense. The owner may show the property to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule reasonable daytime hours.
