The home has an open-plan main level connecting the living room, dining room and kitchen, with high ceilings and natural light. Multiple living areas include a main lounge and a lower-level television lounge opening onto the entertainment patio and pool. A fireplace, Bluetooth speaker system, heating, televisions, washer, dryer, linens, bath and pool/beach towels, hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a microwave, storage and counter seating. Meals can be enjoyed at the indoor dining table or outside on the back deck; an outdoor grill is available. The landscaped backyard is fenced, with sunny and shaded spaces, six cushioned loungers, four umbrellas and outdoor seating. Interior and exterior staircases connect the outdoor levels.
Four bedrooms include two king rooms, one queen room and one room with a twin and a double bed. Three bedrooms have full ensuite bathrooms. A third-floor open loft provides an additional double bed and private office space. All four bedrooms and the loft have air conditioning. The primary bedroom has a television, and the loft has cable television.
The homeowner handles on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation. Pool and outdoor-equipment availability are seasonal.
