The kitchen has two granite-topped islands, five barstools and stainless steel appliances, and connects to the dining area and living spaces. A separate living room has a fireplace, seating and vineyard views, without a television.
Three queen bedrooms are on the main floor, each with air conditioning and a full ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 1 also has a TV and balcony/deck. The second-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, air conditioning, a full ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub, a TV, walk-in closet and balcony/deck. Two lower-level bedrooms each have a queen bed and air conditioning. A shared full bathroom with a shower is on the lower level, and a half bathroom is on the main floor.
Outdoor spaces include a back patio, an upper-level deck with a fireplace, furnished uncovered decks, ten lounge chairs, a gas grill and a hot-and-cold outdoor shower. The private gunite pool is outdoors, heated and freshwater. The yard is fenced. Five beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler are provided.
The home includes central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, washer and dryer, linens, bath and pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment.
