The compound accommodates up to 10 guests and has an estimated floor area of 9,900 square feet. The main house includes a gourmet eat-in kitchen, butler pantry, family room, living room, den and office. Its seven bedrooms each have air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom; Bedrooms 2 and 7 have TVs, and Bedroom 2 has a balcony or deck.
The pool house includes a kitchen, living room, steam room, patio and two private additional sleeping areas on the second floor, one with a double/full bed and one with a king bed. Outdoor facilities include a private pool, tennis/basketball court, orchard, rose garden, patio and grill. Other facilities include heating, a fireplace, fitness equipment, a microwave, washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels and a hair dryer are provided.
Sagg Main Beach is nearby. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
