The house

The home has an open-plan interior with 12-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and vineyard views. The kitchen has two granite-topped islands, five barstools and stainless steel appliances, and connects to the dining area and living spaces. A separate living room has a fireplace, seating and vineyard views, without a television.

Three queen bedrooms are on the main floor, each with air conditioning and a full ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 1 also has a TV and balcony/deck. The second-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, air conditioning, a full ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub, a TV, walk-in closet and balcony/deck. Two lower-level bedrooms each have a queen bed and air conditioning. A shared full bathroom with a shower is on the lower level, and a half bathroom is on the main floor.

Outdoor spaces include a back patio, an upper-level deck with a fireplace, furnished uncovered decks, ten lounge chairs, a gas grill and a hot-and-cold outdoor shower. The private gunite pool is outdoors, heated and freshwater. The yard is fenced. Five beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler are provided.

The home includes central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, washer and dryer, linens, bath and pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee equipment, dishes, cookware, ice maker, toaster, blender and wine fridge. Other facilities include gas- and wood-burning fireplaces, smart TV, a Bluetooth speaker and a fitness room with weight-training equipment and a stretching/yoga mat.

Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher are provided. The home has a private entrance, driveway parking for four cars and garage space for one car.

The homeowner handles on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation. Property showings to prospective renters or buyers may occur, with advance notice and efforts to arrange reasonable daytime hours.
