The approximately 3,250-square-foot home accommodates up to 10 guests. Light-filled interiors have high ceilings, an open floor plan, curated furnishings and artwork. A kitchen, microwave, fireplace, heating, fitness equipment, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer are provided, along with bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment.
The main floor has a king bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds. The lower level has a queen bedroom. Upstairs are the primary king bedroom and a queen bedroom, each with an ensuite bathroom and streaming TV. All five bedrooms have air conditioning. Four full bathrooms are arranged across the main floor, lower level and second floor; all have showers, and the primary bathroom also has a tub.
Outdoor facilities include a fenced private yard, fenced private pool, an expansive sundeck with chaise loungers, a hot tub, tennis court, outdoor living space, al-fresco dining and a gas barbecue. Pool and outdoor-equipment use are subject to seasonal conditions. The hot tub is scheduled to open from May 15 through October.
The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
