The apartment occupies a modern complex with video intercom, timber floorboards, air conditioning and heating. The combined living and dining area has a smart TV with Netflix. The bedroom has one queen bed and a floor-to-ceiling window overlooking Chapel Street. Hotel-style linen uses a three-sheet setup, and the bathroom has modern fixtures.
The kitchen has Miele appliances, a gas cooktop, stone counters, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. A washing machine, dryer, desk and laptop-friendly workspace are available. Additional facilities include a gym, elevator, private entrance, towels, toiletries, hairdryer, iron and hangers. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher are provided. A small welcome amenity pack is supplied.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment. Chapel Street offers boutiques, vintage shops, cafés, bars and restaurants. Trams run along Chapel Street, and South Yarra Station is two stops from the city. Infants under two and children aged 2–12 are welcome.
Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability assessed from the night before and carry an additional charge. Guaranteed early arrival or late departure requires booking the preceding or following night respectively, subject to availability. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after checkout. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions.
