House rules
No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00. No parties or antisocial behaviour. Additional visitors and pets require prior approval. Smoking is prohibited; smoking or vaping on common property is also prohibited. Remove shoes indoors and report breakages. Keep hallway doors closed while cooking and ventilate through balcony doors or windows as needed. False fire alarms may incur charges starting from $2,552, effective from 1 July. Missing keys incur a $500 charge. House-rule breaches may result in a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction. At checkout, leave beds unmade, wash and put away dishes, restore moved furniture, take rubbish to the appropriate bins, switch off appliances, air conditioning and lights, and close doors and windows.
Getting there
Key collection is off-site and is not available 24/7. Collection details are provided three days before check-in following a successful reservation. Mandatory ID verification through a secure Stripe ID link must be completed before check-in details are released. Neighbouring basement waterproofing works beginning in April 2025 may cause noise during off-peak hours. Trams run along Chapel Street, and South Yarra Station is two stops from the city.
