The great room has high ceilings, wood finishes, stone flooring, multiple seating areas and pocket sliding doors opening toward the Pacific. Ocean views extend from Koko Head to Diamond Head and the Honolulu skyline. The kitchen includes generous preparation space, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee-making equipment, small appliances, a full-size wine refrigerator and an under-counter beverage refrigerator. A wet bar serves the living area, and a BBQ is available.

The oceanfront lanai includes covered dining and lounging areas. A grassy lawn leads directly to the sandy beach, beside the private pool and spa. The gated property sits at the end of a quiet private lane and has a private yard, driveway parking, central air conditioning and security cameras. Beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella and coolers are available; beach equipment rentals carry an additional charge.

Six bedrooms each have a king bed, central air conditioning, window blinds and a full ensuite bathroom. The primary bedroom has ocean, water and garden views and a main-level lanai. Guest Bedroom 3 has ocean and water views and a private balcony. Bedrooms 2 through 6 have ceiling fans. All bedrooms except Guest Bedroom 5 have space for a crib or Pack and Play. Two primary suites have separate lanais and full ocean views. A separate studio above the garage has a private entrance off the garage and access through the main house.

Other facilities include Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, a smart TV, a Bluetooth speaker, a safe, a jet tub and a laptop-friendly setup. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are provided. Local shops and restaurants are a short walk away; marinas, coastal hikes and scenic lookouts are a quick drive away. The home is reserved exclusively for your group, with a minimum stay of 30 days.
