The estate combines a six-bedroom main house with a three-bedroom guest house. All nine sleeping quarters have ensuite bathrooms and central air conditioning; the third guest-house sleeping space is a den above the garage. An additional full bathroom is in the guest house.
The main house has a vaulted great room with travertine floors, a spiral staircase and sliding glass walls opening onto covered oceanfront lanais. A media lounge and formal dining area share the living space. The ocean-view kitchen has a large breakfast island and appliances including an oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and coffee-making equipment. The guest house has its own full kitchen. Both homes have laundry facilities.
Two private heated pools serve the estate: one on the oceanfront lawn near an outdoor bar and shaded pavilion daybeds, and another beside the guest house beneath wood pergolas, with a Jacuzzi lounge. Outdoor facilities include a barbecue, lawn, outdoor shower, beach chairs and beach towels. A garden gate opens directly onto the sand. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.
Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, smart televisions and a Sonos sound system are available. Garage and private driveway parking are behind a gated entry. Safety equipment includes smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit; security cameras are present.
Waikiki's restaurants, shops and surf breaks are a five-minute drive away, and Honolulu International Airport is a 20-minute drive. Safeway and Whole Foods are minutes from the driveway; Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium and the Diamond Head Crater hike are nearby. The property is exclusively allocated to one renter for a full 30-day rental period.
