The estate accommodates 12 guests in six bedrooms, each with a king bed, an ensuite bathroom and central air conditioning. The primary bedroom has an ocean view; the five guest bedrooms also have ceiling fans. Bathrooms include walk-in showers and soaking tubs.
The great room has travertine floors, vaulted ceilings and sliding glass walls opening onto the pool terrace. A curved staircase, adjacent media lounge and formal dining area complement the indoor-outdoor layout. The fully stocked kitchen has island seating, high-end appliances and ocean views. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso machine, blender and wine fridge; a kitchenette and BBQ are also available.
Outside, the oceanside lanai includes a shaded pavilion, outdoor bar and cushioned daybeds overlooking the shoreline. A private heated pool sits beside a lawn, steps from the sand. There is a private yard, outdoor shower, beach towels and beach chairs. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.
